Running can put a lot of stress on your feet so it is really important to find the right socks for you. Look for extra support and padding where you need it and moisture-wicking capabilities. Also make sure you don't get a pair too big or too small, as they both have their issues.
For longer-lasting socks, we recommend washing your socks at 30°C, ideally inside out and do not put them in the tumble dryer or expose them to bleach as this will weaken the fibres.
